Craig Roth
Craig started a lawn and landscape business in partnership with his brother Scott at age 13. Craig served as president of that company until 1986 when Sunshine Growers started growing. As the president of Sunshine Growers, Craig has guided the growth and expansion of the company. In 2004 he acquired a greenhouse location in Hillsboro county and in 2006 acquired a 34-acre location in Fort Meade, FL. Craig is active in a number of church, business and community organizations. Craig is married and has three children.

Jamie Stilwel
Jamie is office manager for Sunshine Growers at the Lakeland location. Her responsibilities include customer service (dispatching, invoicing), sales assistant and billing department manager. Jamie received EDI training for Wal-Mart. Jamie is married.

Scott worked in the lawn and landscape business until coming full time with Sunshine Growers. As Vice President of Sunshine Growers, Scott also manages the Hillsboro County greenhouse location. Scott is active in church and community organizations. He is married and has four children.

Shane Weaver
Shane graduated from Lakeland High School and worked with Craig and Scott in the lawn and landscape business. Shane came to work at Sunshine Growers in 1986. He currently manages sales and customer service at the Lakeland location, and is the company sales manager. Shane’s hobby is barbecuing and he has competed in numerous barbeque contests winning several cook-off awards. Shane is married and has one child.

Tim Walker
Tim is a native Floridian raised in Fort Meade. After high school and graduation from Dupage Horticulture School in West Chicago, he managed a wholesale grower operation with 2 garden center locations. He changed companies going to work at Highwoods Nursery in Winter Haven, FL where he was sales manager for 18 years. Tim came to Sunshine in 2005 with the expansion in Fort Meade and is the manager of that nursery location. He also serves in the capacity of sales and new product development. Tim is active in his church where he serves in the music department. He has served as president and a director of the local Florida Nursery Grower and landscape Association. Tim is married and has two children.
